12 dimensions critical reflection

The 12 dimension reflection:

Part 1
According to my CMI results, I have discovered that Accountability, communication, outlook,
decision making and status describes the way I deal with people. As I mentioned before, the first dimension that I'm going to discuss is accountability, it is governed by two poles, the first polarity is community and the second one is individual; it identifies your personality, whether it is being active with the community or being retired. The second dimension is communication, it represents the way you take actions against people, whether it is direct nor indirect. The third dimension is  outlook, it is more likely to be described as wanting to achieve the change or sticking in the old paths. The fourth dimension is decision making, decision making is all about how do judge the people in front of you with their relationships or following the rules. The last dimension is status, it is achieving your goals by your own or by your relatives; in the UAE we called it (Wasta).

Part 2
If I would locate myself on the graph, I would say that I am more likely in the middle, in fact, that identify a really important point which is being able to react to any issue or problem smoothly without needing for assistance. Even in our religion in Islam you can derive the meaning of taking always the middle things  from our prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) hadiths, as he said: (The middle things are always the best). As for the results I am happy with them because I have discovered so many things that was invisible to my eye, and now, after I knew that, I started to separate between the right and the wrong. For example outlook, I always look forward to achieve changes in the future.
Part 3
I would like to change some small things in my results in order to achieve things that I wouldn't expect to achieve after 5 years from now on like for example, accountability, according to CMI results I am considered to be between community and individual, In my opinion I think that being active with the community is more appropriate to me than sticking individual. Of course I want to be different from others because when you have something significant that makes you unique, you will achieve position that you wouldn't imagined of in your life.

To sum up, as far as I'm concerned  that being active in life is something that we should not  be ashamed of because if we kept retired for the rest of our life we will not accomplish anything.

Exercise #7

This article has so many dimensions, But I will stick with the main ones, first is that the status is achieved since it is based on elections and votes, second Outlook where it is innovative to the UAE to have elections, lastly Decision-making where in this one is rules over relationship where it says that the voters should vote for their accountability rather than family name.

Exercise #4

How does culture/ and the 12 Dimensions influence:

Applying the culture and the 12 Dimensions on our daily life is something important according to what I have read. But have we thought about what makes it special ?

It can be impacted or influenced by a number of things, firstly, life choices, secondly, thinking, and thirdly, sense of group or neither accountability. Besides, I have chosen to talk about the Amish model to clarify my point

Surprisingly, what makes the culture and the 12 Dimensions special is that it represent the community of this culture by all means on whether how do they communicate, their relationship, or even destiny...etc

Therefore, Amish tribe is a community that rely on simplistic living means. In fact, they believe that what is acceptable in one community may not be acceptable in another that's why their choices are limited. Also, they do have guns inside their homes but they don't use them as an equipment to kill humans, it's just for hunting. Moreover, all Amish believe that large families are a blessing from god, living alone or in another ward individual is isolated from their dictionary. Bearing children, raising them, and socializing with neighbors and relatives are the greatest functions of the Amish family.

In general, through my experience on the Amish tribes I have explored that they do not use electricity because of the problems caused by it, television, radios, and computers...etc,
they believe that it is a waste of time.

How your Arabic culture influence your choice:

Nowadays our first language which is Arabic has been influenced by other languages. We all know that English language is the biggest competitor world widely. looking for a job nowadays is not easy for local citizen if they don't require English language. That's why they concentrate on English at school, and universities more than Arabic.

Hi everyone,

first of all my name is Amran, this is the name that I'm supposed to be called at my parents house. Unfortunately my head is nearly similar to the coconuts fruit, so they always makes fun of me by calling me the "coconut head".

As for my age I'm about 18 years old and I don't feel like I am ! I always get treated as a young 10 years old kid. What makes me different from everyone is that I can read the "Quran" with so many different recitation, the one who was behind that is my father who passed away 3 months ago, I'm not sad I am glad to have a father like him because he raised my personality, and he always motivated me in everything; I'm really thankful for everything he offered me "may our God bless his soul".

I have so many things I like to do in my life, one of the most interactive thing I do most of the time is"traveling", I've been to "NEW ZEALEAND" and "CANADA" a year ago and stayed there for about 1 month for each one. Each one of them has its own unique cultural pure colors, for example: In "New-Zealand" there are the "MAORIES" their costumes are nearly similar to the characters on a game called "Crash Twin-sanity", It was really exciting for real. They also kisses noses like we do in the "UAE", I was really shocked at the beginning but when I asked them they said that : "Its really common to see that on the "MAORIES" community. On the other hand, in "CANADA" they uses "COSPLAYS" as a path to present their selves.

My passion is based on electronics its one of the things that makes me feel alive. I am looking forward hopefully to be an electronic engineer in the near future.

One of the most exciting thing I did a while ago is that I've had the chance to experience the sky diving in"DUBAI" It was one of the greatest moments in my life, I felt like a bird falling from the sky without any wings above it. I thought that I will not be able to do it at the beginning but I was amazed and proud of what I have done at the end.

I've met peoples from so many different countries in my life such as Americans, Canadian, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Indian, Germans, and British...etc. One of the most inter-cultural experience that I have had is significantly based on japan, I really didn't have the chance to go there but a friend of mine from japan had told once that they have a festival called "Setsubun" it usually starts in February 2 or 3; They throw the beans on the large temples to drive away the evil spirits, that was quiet interesting.

I think that its really important to know about the other cultures, because after a while you may experience the same situation, you will be facing people from all over the world asking you about whats the uniqueness of your culture, If you didn't answer about their questions your culture will be directly vanished.
